We called for one night on our walking holiday and the hospitality was excellent. The Manager was very friendly and welcoming. He took an interest in our walk and carried all our cases to our rooms. We enjoyed an evening meal sitting out on the patio, and the food was excellent. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely one-night stay on our way to Florence, with a clean and spacious triple room. the breakfast had a great choice with some pastries and coffee as highlights. the location was convenient for a stopover on the way to Florence and Lucca, with a nearby cozy Italian restaurant.
The nearby restaurant was not of great quality, and it could be worth exploring other options for dinner.

As an enthusiastic hiker, I had an amazing time exploring this location. The hotel's perfect location allowed me to break the long Via Francigena stage into two parts, easily. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding. The hotel facilities, including the friendly staff, open-fire heated pizza oven, and restaurant with excellent food, contributed to my delightful stay.

Had a lovely Easter stay in an Italian countryside hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast included a wide range of choices, and the lady working the espresso machine made a fantastic coffee. The hotel is located in a great spot for easy access to nearby towns, with Florence just a 30-minute drive away.
The restaurant on the premises. Although it had a cozy atmosphere, the food was a bit of a letdown and we found it a bit pricey for what they offered. We would recommend trying out some other nearby places for dinner instead. we had a great time and were happy with our stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for our needs, allowing us to easily break up a long stage of our journey along the Via Francigena. The spacious, clean and comfortable room made for a pleasant stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One standout feature was the attached restaurant, which served delicious pizza straight from the open fire heated oven. the hotel offered great value for money and provided all the basic amenities one could ask for.
Everything was wonderful, no improvements needed.

The only positive aspects were the helpfulness of staff in their attempts to communicate in English, and the fact that the breakfast choices were good. However, the coffee maker was not working, which was very frustrating. we were charged extra upon arrival which wasn't what we were told when we made the reservation. It seemed like a scam. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel on my way to Florence. The hotel offered fantastic value for money, with prices that were even better than what was initially stated. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, despite the language barrier. This hotel's attention to detail and service made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the larger than normal bed ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive and the staff at the coffee machine were very friendly.
All was perfect during my stay.
